RE: ASC Annual Committee Reports
Dr. Ann Moriarty, ASC President, has asked me to notify you that the Executive Board will be meeting during the 57th Annual Scientific Meeting in Denver, Colorado on Thursday, November 12, 2009. The Board would appreciate a written report regarding the status of your committee's activities.
You may download the Agenda Form to submit your report no later than October 7, 2009 so it can be included on the agenda. Please indicate if you would like to present your report in person to the Board.
Also during the 57th Annual Scientific Meeting in Denver, we have provided space for committee meetings. If you wish to have a committee meeting, please select three dates and times on the Committee Meeting form. Once a time has been selected, the National Office will notify you and your committee. Please submit Committee Meeting requests no later than October 9, 2009. Meetings will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Let your staff liaison know if you will need any information for your committee meetings, i.e. agenda, copies, etc.
