The American Society of Cytopathology contracts with Visual Aids Electronic to provide professional audiovisual equipment for each session. All Speakers must complete the Audiovisual Needs Form by September 4, 2012 in order to coordinate the audiovisual for the Annual Scientific Meeting.

For Cytology Workshops, computers WILL NOT be provided. All speakers are responsible for bringing their own computer if it is needed during their presentation. MAC users are required to bring all converters that are necessary for presenting. Cytology Workshop rooms will be completely set at least one hour prior to the start of the workshop.

The ASC has provided all speakers with a PowerPoint template that should be used for all electronic presentations. The template is available for download.
All Workshop rooms are set up as either Classroom or Theater Seating based on specific room used.
